Guest and owner talk to each other
A guest can ask you a question before booking, and it lands in a conversation with you, not with a call center that has never seen your place. You answer from the same inbox where the booking will sit later. Until a booking is paid, both sides' contact details stay hidden, which protects you as much as the guest.
Payout after arrival: safety for both sides
The guest pays up front, but the money stays with the payment provider until they have arrived. 48 hours after check-in it goes to you. The guest knows they are not paying for a place that does not exist, and you know the money is there before anyone opens the door.
0% commission on your amount
The price you set is the price you receive. No percentage, no tiers, no fee that climbs with the season. The guest pays 3.9% on top for the cost of the payment. We earn nothing on that; it goes to the payment provider.
The total price is shown from the start
